    Lisa Hanson, Managing Partner

    Lisa combines contextual analysis and cross sector connections to identify and develop opportunities. She’s a passionate champion of climate-tech, an active participant in the impact investing community, and applies insights from her background as a sales and marketing leader in the global consulting industry.

    She has recently served on selection committees for MIT Solve, Angels for Climate at Spring Activator, the AVPN Asia Pacific Sustainability Seed Fund, and is in the Backstage Capital cohort for VCs focused on underrepresented founders.

    She has an MBA from Seattle University, a BA in English from University of Washington, and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from Yale University.

    Ian Fishburn, Founding Partner

    Ian focuses on the intersection of built environment and entrepreneurship with an extensive background in real estate development. He’s built a wide variety of project types including modular multi-family and sustainable housing, contributed to construction materials innovations, and managed institutional scale apartment projects.

    He brings deep financial modelling and management skills, including management of half a billion dollars of real estate asset value, and is driven by a lifelong dedication to market-based solutions for the built environment.

    He has a Master of Science of Real Estate Development and Investment from University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis.

    Priya Thachadi, Venture Partner

    Priya’s passion for impact entrepreneurship has generating widespread, lasting results through her work in India at Villgro, then as Founder and CEO of Villgro Philippines, operating since 2017. With a regional focus and an emphasis on gender lens and climate Priya’s team supports hundreds of entrepreneurs in multiple programs every year.

    She serves as Co-Chair of the ANDE East and Southeast Asia Steering Committee and is Co-founder the Impact Pioneers Network, a co-investment platform for impact entrepreneurs in the Philippines.

    She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Advanced Financial Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Journalism, a post-graduate diploma in Human Rights Law in India, and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Development from University of Warwick in the UK.
